Liz guided us on a three day drip through the Mammoth Mountains. She is very professional and the
entire trip was well planned and thought out. The pace, rest stops and camp sites suited our skills (which were basically none). She taught us how to prepare food, water, bear safety skills as well as to property put up our tents in rainy, high-wind area. During the hike, my teenage son, sprained his ankle, and Liz adjusted our schedule to suite his pace. Her emergency aid skills also came in handy while wrapping up this ankle. After the trip, we learned he had a small fracture. Both my son and i enjoyed the trip and would definitely hire Liz again.

(Elizabeth). Liz is absolutely amazing. She took us on the Tuolumne backpacking trip and we did not have to do anything. Her cooking is absolutely amazing. Just because you are dirty and sitting on the ground does not mean you can’t have a great gourmet meal being enjoyed in the wilderness. And Liz makes that happen. She will make sure that she carries most of the bulk in her backpack so that we can enjoy our hike a bit more. Liz is amazing with her research, she would show us a map of our trip, the altitude, where we can stop, etc. She was the most prepared of any guides we ever had. She also knew that we had two teenage boys with us, and took it upon herself to pack extra food. And sure enough, my boys definitely finished everything she brought.Please use Liz, you won’t regret it. Hope you enjoy your trip as much as we did.
