MEAL PREP

*food cost not included, $565 option for specialized menu (vegan, vegetarian, gluten free)

We will:

  • Put together a meal plan of mostly lightweight dehydrated meals with some fresh ingredients
  • Shop for all items
  • Divide, label and repackage items. Each breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks will be separated by day
  • Box up your resupply to send to resupply points

 

ITINERARY, CUSTOM MAPS + POCKET GUIDE BOOK

We will:

  • Create an itinerary based on how many days you plan to hike. This will include:

  • Daily Custom Maps & Elevation profiles

  • A summary of each day

  • JMT pocket guidebook – provides useful route information such as camp locations, water supply  and much more!

CUSTOM TRAINING PLAN, TRAIL NUTRITION CONSULT & BI-WEEKLY COACH SUPPORT

*Coach support available during the 6 weeks leading up to your hike. Must book for training at least 8 weeks prior to trek start.

At TrekSierra, we want you to have the best chance of success on your hike. We want to help you get physically ready for the adventure of a lifetime!

We will create a custom training plan based on your current fitness level and walk you through proper trail nutrition. We will meet with you via zoom for bi-weekly meetings to make sure you stay on track!
